Talent Chief is partnering with an established, highly successful international recruitment business looking to appoint an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to its US Life Sciences Contract division.

The Role
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll operate a full 360 recruitment desk, specialising in contract recruitment across the US Life Sciences market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing relationships with clients across the US Life Sciences sector.
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement.
- Sourcing, engaging and placing specialist contract professionals.
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Collaborating with an established team of high-performing recruiters.
- Growing your market presence and developing a highly profitable recruitment desk.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced, commercially driven recruiter who thrives in a high-performance environment.
Ideally, you'll offer:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a contract market.
- Experience recruiting into Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or a related specialist sector.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- A demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving targets.
- The confidence to develop relationships with international clients.
- A genuine desire to maximise your earnings and progress your career.
Previous US recruitment experience would be advantageous, although recruiters with transferable experience in specialist contract markets are encouraged to apply.
