What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placing senior-level commercial talent
- Winning new clients through targeted, bespoke business development campaigns
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while uncovering new opportunities
- Acting as a market expert and trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Collaborating with a high-performing team to share best practice and drive results
- Consistently exceeding individual and team targets
What They're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally agency-based
- Background in Professional Services or HR recruitment
- A proven billing track record
- Experience recruiting across Europe or the US
- Multilingual skills are a bonus, but not essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Commercially astute, proactive and self-motivated
- Experience in a high-end boutique agency would be advantageous
