Due to continued growth, they're looking to hire an IT Recruitment Team Leader to lead a team of contract recruiters whilst continuing to run your own highly profitable 360 contract desk.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in spreadsheets and internal meetings.
You'll be leading from the front:
- Building relationships.
- Winning business.
- Growing accounts.
- Developing recruiters.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of Technology Recruitment Consultants
- Managing your own 360 IT Contract Recruitment desk
- Growing existing client relationships
- Winning new contract recruitment business
- Coaching and mentoring recruiters
- Driving team performance and revenue growth
- Building long-term client partnerships
- Working closely with senior leadership on future growth plans

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within IT Recruitment or Technology Recruitment
- Strong contract recruitment background
- Previous team management, mentoring or leadership experience
- Track record of successful business development
- Experience running a full 360 recruitment desk
- Commercially driven mindset
- Ambition to build and grow a successful team
