Talent Chief is partnering with a well-established Recruitment Specialist in Business Support, operating across the UK for over 25 years. As they enter the next phase of growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their Epsom team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for senior agency recruiters seeking greater recognition, financial rewards, and a supportive environment to thrive.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals who are experts in their core markets, working with both small and large companies, locally and across the UK. You’ll have access to top-tier technology tools to assist you in your daily activities, enabling you to connect with relevant candidates and clients effortlessly. You’ll work alongside like-minded individuals in a supportive environment. Access to an Admin and a Resourcer is also included, so you'll have support in the candidate search too.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing job adverts based on client briefs
- Sourcing and screening candidates
