Due to recent success, they are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant with a strong background in either IT, Renewables or Life Sciences sectors. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to fulfil recruitment needs for prestigious clients by identifying and engaging top-tier professionals. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and contributing to the agency’s overall growth and success.
What is the job?
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll join a talented team of recruitment professionals who specialise in various markets. You will be provided with the tools and support necessary to excel in your role while collaborating with like-minded, service-driven colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing job adverts based on client briefs
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Compiling shortlists
