Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the cybersecurity sector
- Source and engage top talent using job boards, social media, networking and headhunting techniques
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies and market movements to provide expert advice
- Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in cyber security or a related tech field
- Strong understanding of cyber security roles, technologies and market trends
- Experience with permanent recruitment
