The role

You'll work as a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing the recruitment process from start to finish while building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Developing new business and growing existing client accounts.
  • Taking detailed recruitment briefs.
  • Writing engaging job adverts.
  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Managing interview processes and providing feedback.
  • Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Growing your own specialist desk and maximising your earnings.

You'll have access to a market-leading CRM, excellent sourcing tools and a supportive management team that will help you continue developing your recruitment career.
