The Role
You'll receive comprehensive training from day one, learning everything required to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. Responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to the offer stage
