The Opportunity

You’ll step into a well-established, warm desk with live demand from schools across the region, giving you the platform to hit the ground running. This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of the full cycle — from winning business through to placing high-quality education professionals into meaningful roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and developing strong relationships with schools and SEN settings
  • Managing and growing a warm desk with existing demand
  • Winning new business and expanding your client base
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing teachers, TAs, and support staff
  • Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate experience
  • Delivering an exceptional service that keeps clients coming back
  • Working to and exceeding targets to maximise your earnings
