They’re now looking for an early-career Recruitment Consultant ready to build on their foundations and accelerate their success.
The Opportunity
- Managing and growing relationships with US-based clients and candidates
- Taking ownership of roles and the recruitment process (with support where needed)
- Sourcing high-quality candidates using multiple channels
- Conducting interviews and managing the candidate journey
- Developing your market knowledge to become a specialist in freight & logistics
- Contributing to business development and spotting new opportunities
You’ll be supported by experienced consultants who will help you sharpen your approach, close more deals, and build confidence in a lucrative, fast-paced market.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–18 months’ experience in recruitment (any sector considered)
- A strong interest in developing within a specialist market
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- A driven, target-focused mindset
- Someone who wants more—more earnings, more progression, more ownership
- Exposure to the US market or logistics sector is a bonus, not essential
What’s In It For You?
- Up to £28K basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission – up to 30% with NO threshold (very high fees!)
- Hybrid working + early finish every Friday (4pm)
