Due to recent growth, they are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant with an interest in the Freight and Logistics industry. In this role, you will assist in identifying and connecting talented professionals with their clients. You will support the recruitment process and build relationships with candidates and clients.
What is the job?
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant specializing in freight and logistics, you will help manage aspects of the recruitment process for clients based in the USA. You will learn to utilize various sourcing methods to attract and retain candidates while providing excellent service to clients. You will work closely with experienced consultants who will guide you in understanding the US Freight Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates in the freight and logistics sector.
- Learn about client needs and market trends to support tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
- Help manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and communicating feedback.
- Stay informed on industry trends to enhance your recruitment knowledge.
- Support business development efforts by recognizing potential clients and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Interest in recruitment, ideally with some exposure to freight and logistics.
- Basic understanding of the freight and logistics sector.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an eagerness to build relationships.
- Ability to work in a team and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work 10-7 on weekdays (except Friday).
