Talent Chief Ltd is partnering with an exciting, fast-growing recruitment business looking to hire an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding Defence division.
This is an opportunity to join a modern agency that’s focused on changing the way recruitment is done — moving away from outdated KPIs and transactional recruitment, and building a business centred around quality, relationships, and long-term success.
Led by a Director with over 20 years of industry experience, the business is growing quickly and already has a dedicated Business Development professional driving new client relationships into the company.
The Role
This is a true 360 recruitment role focused within the Defence sector, giving you the autonomy to build and develop your own market while working alongside experienced recruiters who understand the industry properly.
You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop long-term client relationships, and work closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across technical and engineering markets.
What They’re Looking For
- Previous 360 recruitment experience within Defence, Engineering, or Technical sectors
- A strong history of billings
- Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
- Self-motivated with a consultative approach
- Someone who wants to be part of building something exciting from an early stage
