Talent Chief is proud to be working with a growing recruitment agency based near Bristol looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Sales, Marketing and Technology recruitment markets. This is a pure business development role within recruitment, focused entirely on winning new business, developing client relationships and generating recruitment opportunities. There is no candidate management or 360 recruitment responsibility attached to the position.

The company is an ambitious, independently owned recruitment business with an excellent reputation, strong leadership and exciting growth plans throughout Bristol and the wider UK market.

The Role - Business Development Manager / Recruitment BDM:

  • Generating new business opportunities for the recruitment agency
  • Winning new recruitment clients across Bristol and the UK
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Developing recruitment sales strategy alongside company leadership
  • Attending client meetings and networking events
  • Identifying opportunities within Sales, Marketing and Technology recruitment markets
  • Managing the full business development process from lead generation through to signed terms

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment BDM or Sales Manager
  • Strong recruitment sales or agency recruitment background
  • Proven success in winning new business within recruitment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and commercially driven
  • Based within commutable distance of Bristol
