They recruit SEND staff for schools and educational establishments and offer a multitude of solutions to suit their customers. They were established over 20 years ago and began in London, but they have since grown to eight offices throughout England and Wales. Many of their employees come from a teaching or education background, enabling them to understand their customers' needs thoroughly.

This incredible company is looking for an experienced 360 education recruiter who has experience with the full lifecycle of recruitment - from identifying and building relationships with new clients and candidates to fulfilling requirements from both candidates and customers along with everything in the middle. Experience within education recruitment is preferred, and a background in teaching or similar is hugely advantageous. • You have experience working towards targets
  • You're ambitious and driven by success
  • IT literacy, ideally with MS Office, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • You are articulate and love building relationships

Anything else?

It would be a huge bonus if you had experience in SEND and/or have previously worked in teaching or education. A commutable distance from central Bristol.
