What do they want?
This wonderful client is looking for a 360 recruiter who has experience with the full lifecycle of recruitment - from initiating relationships with new clients and candidates, to fulfilling their individual requirements and everything in between.
We all know that recruitment is a people business, so their ideal person is someone who loves people and who loves technology.
Experience within any sector that uses tech for good is hugely advantageous.
You will, of course, need to be well-organised when it comes to arranging interviews, setting priorities, and managing your own time.
So, what skills do I need? * Previous experience in 360 recruitment, including driving sales * A successful track record in searching, identifying, and engaging with new clients * IT literacy, ideally with MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly * A strong interest in using tech for good * Articulate, great at relationship building, and able to communicate with a variety of people Anything else?
