We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Sales Representative to manage established customer accounts and develop new business opportunities across the Midlands region. This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, understanding application requirements, and providing technical expertise to drive sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities across the territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their measurement and inspection requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Build strong long-term relationships with customers within the territory
- Identify, generate, and qualify new sales opportunities
- Work closely with internal specialists to support technical sales projects
- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records using company CRM and IT systems
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure projects progress smoothly
- Work collaboratively with the Finance team regarding payment and account queries
Experience in technical sales or field sales, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or metrology.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the Midlands region.
Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure.

23 days holiday + bank holidays - Additional 1 day per year of service (up to 5 days).
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
