About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to lead our digital campaigns, creative production, and data-driven growth initiatives.
The Digital Marketing & Creative Media Manager will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, managing CRM, lead management, creating engaging content, and leveraging marketing technology to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
- Manage lead generation funnels, campaigns, re-targeting strategies, and performance tracking through Meta Ad Manager.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI to maximize campaign efficiency.
- 2. CRM & Data Management
- Maintain leads Hub Spot CRM dashboards for lead tracking, reporting, and automation.
- Ensure accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
- 3. Creative Production
- Design compelling banners, graphics, and images using different tools.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for campaigns and social media.
- Utilize AI-based content creation tools for text, visuals, and multimedia to enhance productivity.
- 4. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with the admissions and business development teams to align campaigns with company goals.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging tools to drive innovation.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Information Technology/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management (Meta Ads essential).
- Strong knowledge of CRM workflows and Hub Spot CRM.
- Experience in managing wordpress based websites.
- Hands‑on experience in Canva, video editing software, and AI-based creative tools.
- Familiarity with Digital marketing tools for customer engagement and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
