Full Time Location: Onsite - Barking, London

Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm UK time (Half an hour Lunch break) Monday to Friday (Full Time)

About the Role

We are looking for driven professionals who excel at converting social media/ hot leads into potential students. You will engage with prospective clients over the CRM systems, introduce our educational services, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. This is an on-site role where your ability to build rapport and close deals will make a direct impact on our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Contact and convert social media leads into prospective students through effective consultations.
  • Follow-Up & Lead Management: Proactively re-engage warm or inactive leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Care: Address and resolve any service issues quickly in coordination with your line manager to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Team Contribution: Share best practices to help improve overall team performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales or recruitment experience, ideally within recruitment, education, or a similar sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and social media communication tools.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and confidently present our educational services to potential students.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and persuasive abilities, with resilience to handle objections.
  • Availability: Must be able to work on-site five/four days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: £13.00 (subject to review based on performance in every quarter).
