A leading construction company in their field is looking for an experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor. This well established company has a reputation for delivering high quality work, a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and is looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor who is driven and detail-oriented.

As a Quantity Surveyor and a key member of the team, you'll be provided with opportunities to develop your skills and further your career.

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and submitting accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Liaising with site teams and project managers to monitor progress and costs
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing their packages
  • Conducting site visits to assess ongoing work and compliance
  • Ensuring contractual and commercial compliance with project requirements
  • Preparing monthly cost/value reconciliation and forecasting reports

About you:

  • Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and cost management
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
  • Industry recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge and experience in relevant software
  • Valid UK driving licence
