The Company
Our client is an established and reputable subcontractor delivering projects across the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Co-ordinator to support their Contracts Managers and Project Teams in the successful delivery of projects from pre-start through to completion.
The Role
Working closely with the Contracts Managers, you will provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple live projects, ensuring documentation, compliance and project information are maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contracts Managers across multiple projects.
- Prepare, maintain and manage project and contract documentation.
- Assist with health and safety documentation.
- Support project mobilisation, resource planning, plant and material coordination, and project logistics.
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring actions are followed up.
- Maintain accurate project records and build effective relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
About You
You'll be an organised and proactive individual with previous experience in a Contracts Co-ordinator, Project Co-ordinator, Construction Administrator or similar role within construction or civil engineering. You'll also have:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competent Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience using construction management software would be advantageous.
- An understanding of construction health and safety documentation would be beneficial.
