Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Liaising with site teams and project managers to monitor progress and costs
- Procuring subcontractors and managing their packages
- Conducting site visits to assess ongoing work and compliance
- Ensuring contractual and commercial compliance with project requirements
- Preparing monthly cost/value reconciliation and forecasting reports
About you / Qualifications
- Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of contracts and cost management
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Industry recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
- Knowledge and experience in relevant software
- Valid UK driving licence
