We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join a premium health and wellness club environment. This role focuses on leading a team of sales consultants to deliver an outstanding prospect journey while driving new member acquisition and achieving club sales targets. The successful candidate will mentor and inspire the sales team, analyse performance data, and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes and enhance the overall member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly membership sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional prospect and member experience throughout the sales journey
- Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with club goals
- Track performance metrics and member feedback to inform decision-making
- Ensure the team maintains high standards of customer engagement and service
- Support club growth through proactive sales leadership and team development
Please note: This role may require working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment (leisure or fitness sector experience is desirable but not essential)
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Passion for health, fitness, and delivering excellent member experiences
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
