We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a passionate Swimming Teacher to join a premium health and wellness club environment. This role focuses on coaching and inspiring members of all ages to develop their swimming abilities and achieve their personal goals through engaging and structured lessons.
The successful candidate will deliver both one-to-one and group swimming sessions while creating a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment for members.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to members of all ages and abilities
- Conduct both individual and group swimming sessions
- Support members in improving technique, confidence, and swimming performance
- Ensure all sessions follow health and safety guidelines within the pool environment
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help members achieve their goals
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Promote overall health, fitness, and water safety
- Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong passion for health, fitness, and water-based activities
