After Sales Assistant – London – Premium Retail Working for this premium retailer in London, your role is a key part of the after sales team. You will; Be responsible for the movement of goods internally and externally, receipting and shipping of products. Goods receipt and invoicing (Dynamics365) Inter-department communications between stores, supply chain & aftersales departments related to clients, stock & shipment arrangements Client material order management Ideally as the candidate you will bring experience of; Retail/stock administration and client care Proficient with systems (D365, internal service database RADIX, various brand portals, Sales Force) Microsoft Word & Excel Attention to detail is key Being a good communicator (verbal and written) Being proactive, taking initiative and responsibility
