Working for this premium retailer in London, your role is a key part of the after sales team. You will:

  • Be responsible for the movement of goods internally and externally, receipting and shipping of products.
  • Manage goods receipt and invoicing (Dynamics365).
  • Facilitate inter-department communications between stores, supply chain & aftersales departments related to clients, stock & shipment arrangements.
  • Handle client material order management.

Ideally, as the candidate you will bring experience of:

  • Retail/stock administration and client care.
  • Proficiency with systems (D365, internal service database RADIX, various brand portals, Sales Force).
  • Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Being proactive, taking initiative and responsibility.
