Our client is currently looking for an Operations Finance Lead to join their busy team in i54 Wolverhampton! As the Operations Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Operations Team to enhance cost clarity for our diverse brands, including Shaws, Perrin and Rowe, Victoria + Albert, Rohl, Riobel, and Aqualisa. Your key responsibilities will include strategic and financial planning, reporting and analysis, capital allocation, cash flow management, along with resource allocation and expense management. You will oversee the preparation of vital financial reports, manage the preparation of budgets, facilitate annual strategic planning, and collaborate with various departments to implement inventory processes, all while nurturing organisational talent to meet future business needs.
