Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop a regional IT team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. * Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives. * Drive integration of systems, processes, and teams to eliminate fragmentation. * Oversee ERP strategy and execution * Manage IT budgets, contracts, and service provision. * Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO). * Deliver infrastructure and application projects on time and within budget. * Champion innovation and transformation to accelerate business performance.
