Media and Communication Tutor in Birmingham

Hours of Work: Part Time, Variable hours, between 8-16 hours per week.

As a Media and Communication Tutor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching that meets and exceeds college standards, fostering successful learning experiences for students. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and producing teaching materials for our specialised Foundation and Pre-Masters Programme. You will also cover essential topics such as core concepts in media, digital media, and research techniques, all while ensuring engaging and effective learning takes place.

Media and Communication Tutor Requirements:

1. Minimum Master\’s degree in a relevant subject.
2. Teaching and assessment experience in UK higher or further education.
3. Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards this, along with experience with international students.
4. Strong commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
