We are currently looking for a Manager of Student Services to join our busy team at Brunel University London Pathway College!

As the Manager of Student Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the administration of student support services. You will manage a team dedicated to ensuring students receive exceptional guidance and support throughout their academic journey. Engaging with various aspects of student life, you will oversee financial services, student welfare, and compliance, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our diverse student body. Your proactive and approachable nature will set the tone for our student services, ensuring that every student feels valued and supported.

Hours of Work: Full-time, permanent position.

Manager of Student Services Requirements:

  1. University-level qualifications or at least two years\’ experience in a relevant industry.
  2. Proven experience in a busy customer-oriented environment with strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent data management skills, including a solid understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  4. The ability to motivate and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
  5. A flexible attitude towards working hours, especially during enrolment periods and events.
