Our client is seeking a Dynamic Operations Manager to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for business leadership, technical & operational functions, implementing strategies, and ensuring the smooth and quality delivery of specialist services in the construction, facilities and domestic services market.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operational requirements and work locations attended by our field technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of our services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their needs promptly.
- Develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work attitude and promoting teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and analyse reports to assess and monitor market trends, competitor activities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or a go-getter with a solid employment track record looking for your next big role.
- Technical knowledge within Construction, Facilities or Transport markets – Glass and facades or coatings experience particularly sort after and welcomed.
- A strong track record of achieving targets and building relationships.
- Composed Leadership Style.
- Proactive, Positive and Energetic approach to customer services.
- Full UK driving Licence.
