They use the latest Bobst and Baumer HHS equipment to achieve the high-quality finish their customers expect.
Machine/Gluing Operator Requirements:
- Previous experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including undersize, straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and innovate to achieve high quality cartons
- Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced and adaptable environment
- Good communication skills
- Work with high quality materials, cartons and finishes
- Ensuring the company's quality standards are maintained
- Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager
- Enthusiasm and determination to excel and be proud of the cartons you produce
Folding Carton Gluing Operator Benefits:
- Salary £33,000 - £39,000 pa, based on skill level and experience
- Weekly pay
- Paid breaks
- 4 day working week (40 hours per week on double rotation)
