Our client is currently looking for an Engineering Tutor to join their busy team in the vibrant heart of Manchester Metropolitan University!
As an Engineering Tutor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing engaging materials in line with approved module specifications
- Delivering lectures and facilitating seminars
- Creating assessment briefs and marking assessments
- Monitoring student attendance and performance
- Assisting with quality assurance activities
- Supporting the Programme Leader in reporting duties
Your expertise will help ensure students achieve the best possible results in their studies.
Hours of Work: Part-time, flexible hourly paid contract; Fixed-term.
Requirements:
- A University degree; preferably a Master's (or equivalent) or higher (Masters is a requirement for teaching Pre-Masters)
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
- Strong IT and general administration capabilities along with proficiency in data analysis
- A positive approach with a track record of being a successful educator
