Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact? Our client is currently looking for a Client Reconciliation Officer to join their busy finance team in Shipley, West Yorkshire!
As a Client Reconciliation Officer, your main responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of client transactions. You will carry out weekly POS reconciliations, perform monthly cashbook reconciliations across a portfolio of over 350 schemes, and manage bank reconciliations. Daily tasks will include preparing client payments on our banking system, submitting direct debit requests, and expertly investigating discrepancies with the relevant departments. You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance with financial policies and keeping our financial records organised and accessible.
Hours of Work: Full-time hours with the flexibility to work from home part of the week.
Client Reconciliation Officer Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
- Proven experience in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
