As an Advocacy Supervisor, alongside supporting a reduced caseload of clients yourself you will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting our dedicated advocacy team. You will conduct bi-monthly supervisions, review case recordings in accordance with contract requirements, and ensure advocates adhere to safety and security protocols. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed reports, handling highly sensitive information, and confidently representing clients. You\βll need exceptional communication and time-management skills, as well as a flexible attitude.
Hours of Work: 37 hours, 5 days per week, between Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
This full-time role is split into two days Advocacy Supervisor and three days Independent Advocate (IA). However, we can discuss flexibility where needed in terms of the IA hours. The supervisor hours are fixed at two days.
Location: Home based with travel around Birmingham.
Salary: Full Time starting salary for Advocacy Supervisor & IA role Β£25,937.44 per annum depending on experience.

Supervising Advocate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in supporting advocates.
- Knowledge and experience of Advocacy services and delivery of Advocacy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information and work independently.
- Strong computer literacy and report-writing skills.
- Must reside within Birmingham, have a full driving licence, and have access to personal transport
