The Opportunity
Talent Agri is working with a well-established and fast-paced business operating within the food supply chain sector near Chichester. This is a key role supporting the movement of product from supplier through to customer, ensuring high service levels, accurate stock control, and efficient day-to-day operations. This position offers excellent exposure across supply chain, commercial, and procurement functions within a growing and dynamic environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for coordinating product flow, managing stock and orders, and supporting demand planning to ensure products are delivered on time and in full. Working closely with commercial, operational, and supplier teams, you will play a central role in maintaining performance across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update demand forecasts, identifying risks to supply
- Monitor stock levels across sites and report availability
- Manage customer orders, delivery schedules, and SKU data
- Communicate stock shortages, availability updates, and delivery risks
- Coordinate inbound supply and outbound logistics
- Liaise with suppliers on availability, lead times, and performance
- Track supplier and customer performance including OTIF
- Support purchase order management and stock reconciliation
- Work closely with operational and production teams to ensure delivery
About You
- Experience within FMCG, food, fresh produce, or supply chain operations
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with internal teams and external stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong data accuracy
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
