The Role

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support production planning and stock management activities
  • Coordinate supplier forecasts and packhouse stock reports
  • Liaise with production, commercial, and logistics teams
  • Maintain forecasting systems and planning data
  • Monitor supplier documentation and compliance records
  • Support service level reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with supply chain administration and customer programme management

Requirements

Essential

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Food Production, or a related field
  • Previous experience in supply chain administration, logistics, planning, customer service, or fresh produce operations
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Good numerical and analytical ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable

  • Experience within fresh produce or food manufacturing
  • Knowledge of forecasting, stock control, and production planning
  • Experience using ERP, planning, or stock management systems
