Service Engineer / Crop Sprayer Specialist Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Engineer / Crop Sprayer Specialist Advisor to join a leading agricultural machinery business covering the East Anglia region.
This is a field-based role supporting farmers and agricultural businesses with the servicing, repair, commissioning and technical support of crop sprayers and agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair crop sprayers and agricultural machinery.
- Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carry out servicing, inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Install, commission and demonstrate new machinery.
- Calibrate sprayers to manufacturer standards.
- Attend customer breakdowns and provide technical support.
- Complete service reports and liaise with the parts department.
- Build strong customer relationships across your territory.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Agricultural Service Engineer or Agricultural Technician.
- Strong knowledge of crop sprayers or agricultural machinery.
- Excellent hydraulic, mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Experience with sprayer calibration and diagnostics.
- ISOBUS, GPS or precision farming knowledge is advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- NVQ Level 3 in Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent) is desirable.
