We are recruiting for a professional and proactive Rural Land Manager to join a respected and well-established rural property and land management team based in East Anglia. This role offers long-term career progression and the chance to work across a diverse range of rural assets.

The Role

As a Rural Land Manager, you will deliver high-quality land and estate management services to a varied portfolio of clients. The position covers a wide range of rural practice work including estate management, valuations, landlord & tenant matters and agricultural consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of rural estates, farms and landholdings
  • Providing professional advice on agricultural, environmental and diversification projects
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters, agreements, licences and tenancies
  • Assisting with valuations, professional reports and compliance requirements
  • Supporting clients with rural business planning and asset management
  • Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and best practice
  • Building strong relationships with clients, landowners, farmers and external partners
  • Working collaboratively within a wider rural professional team

Requirements:

  • RICS and/or CAAV qualification (or currently working towards)
  • Experience in rural land, estate or farm management
  • Strong understanding of agricultural, environmental and rural sector issues
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently
  • Full UK driving licence
