This is a hands-on leadership position with responsibility for the day-to-day running of an automated packing line. You will lead and support a production team, ensuring daily targets are achieved safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of product quality, food safety and presentation. The position would suit an experienced Team Leader, Packing Leader, Production Team Leader or Line Supervisor with a background in fresh produce, food manufacturing, food packing or a similar production environment.
