We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our expanding Retail Sales team as an Area Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation in the agricultural supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work collaboratively to create and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to your area.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account development.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and its application in livestock systems.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • A strong understanding of or interest in the agricultural/livestock sector is desirable.
