We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded individual to join our expanding Retail Sales team as an Area Sales Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career within a growing and forward-thinking organisation in the agricultural supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Work collaboratively to create and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to your area.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account development.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide professional support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range and its application in livestock systems.
