A well-established agricultural business is seeking a skilled Agricultural Machinery Operator to join its expanding team. This is a varied role offering exposure to specialist crop production, field operations and livestock support activities. The successful candidate will enjoy working with modern machinery, take pride in maintaining high standards and be comfortable adapting to seasonal workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a range of agricultural machinery including tractors, telehandlers and specialist crop equipment
- Carrying out crop protection applications and field treatments safely and accurately
- Supporting cultivation, planting, harvesting and seasonal field operations
- Maintaining accurate farm records and application documentation
- Completing routine machinery servicing, maintenance and fault reporting
- Assisting with livestock-related duties during busy periods
- Working closely with the wider farm team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Adhering to health, safety and environmental standards at all times
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- PA1 and PA2 certification
- PA3 certification desirable or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience operating agricultural machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
