An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Livestock Manager to take the lead on a large-scale beef and sheep enterprise in Central Scotland. Set across approximately 4,000 acres, this is a progressive and evolving business with a growing focus on beef production as sheep numbers are reduced. The Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the livestock enterprise, with a key focus on developing and improving the beef operation while maintaining high standards across the remaining sheep enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all aspects of the beef and sheep enterprises
  • Driving performance and development within the beef system
  • Overseeing herd and flock health, welfare, and productivity
