Our approach focuses on research, data, and market insights to help our clients find and understand the right people for senior and hard-to-fill roles. We gather intelligence about the job market, competitors, and potential candidates, helping organisations to build strong teams through a more strategic and informed approach.

About the role... This is an exciting opportunity to blend new business development and existing account management. Your days will all be different but will include:

  • Managing relationships with the clients in your portfolio of accounts
  • Building that portfolio by bringing in new customers across our key segments
  • Looking for opportunities across all our service lines to grow revenue and achieve targets with new and existing clients
  • Working closely with the Delivery team to ensure the delivery of assignments on time and within budget and providing clarity of project expectations, accountabilities, scope to operate and KPIs
  • Being the main point of contact for our clients, keeping them updated and maintaining our excellent customer service
  • Monitoring client satisfaction levels, benchmarking our performance against our key competitors and developing and implementing improvement plans
  • Keeping our CRM database up to date and working closely with the marketing team to look for opportunities and feedback on leads

Our services are there to help internal recruitment and HR teams in a flexible and cost-effective manner and we are able to do this because we have some of the most experienced researchers in the industry.

What we are looking for is an experienced sales person, who is not afraid to pick up the phone and get the word out there about Talent Acumen and what we do, why we are different and how we help internal teams. Ideally you will have a good track record of selling into HR/Internal Recruitment Teams or you may be a successful recruitment consultant looking for a bit of change.
