Salary: £35,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established dealership specializing in Performance, Prestige, and 4X4 vehicles. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day workshop and body shop operations
Ensure all vehicles undergo a comprehensive multi-point inspection and meet high preparation standards
Manage aftersales services and drive customer satisfaction
Coordinate and support technicians to ensure smooth workflow and maximum efficiency
Maintain clear communication between service teams and customers
Lead and motivate the team to consistently achieve top performance
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing workshops and body shops
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
Excellent customer service & communication abilities
Ability to multitask & stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Automotive industry experience (preferred)
