We are looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive, whether as a junior or experienced broker to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development & Sales
- Proactively develop your client base through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Attend local and sector-specific networking events.
- Achieve new business targets in line with sales strategy and personal goals.
- Work independently to meet and exceed business performance KPIs.
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring excellent service and high retention.

- Support clients with mid-term adjustments, documentation, and invoicing.
