Role Responsibilities
- Strategic NHS Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with NHS stakeholders including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS Trusts, and commissioning bodies.
- Position the company as a trusted partner aligned with NHS goals such as prevention, digital transformation, and community care.
- Influence NHS policy and procurement pathways to support product/service adoption.
- Growth & Market Access
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through NHS partnerships.
- Lead initiatives to gain formulary inclusion, pathway integration, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, and market access teams to deliver regional growth plans.
- Partnership Innovation
- Co-create non-promotional collaborations with NHS bodies to address health inequalities, improve patient outcomes, and reduce system pressures.
- Leverage NHS data and insights to develop targeted solutions and measure impact.
- Support NHS transformation agendas through joint working on new care models.
- Sales
- Fully responsible and accountable for all aspects of referral performance delivery against budgeted growth plans.
- Identifying opportunities and developing and executing plans to drive additional revenue streams.
- Owning all aspects of strategic planning and delivery to achieve referral performance budget.

- Acts as the subject matter expert for the full referral pathway and pipeline within their defined territory, ensuring alignment with local healthcare partners and systems to drive territory performance.
