Talent 4 Good are supporting a leading private healthcare provider, delivering high-quality, expert-led care across Yorkshire to recruit a Head of Private Services.
The Head of Private Services will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and motivating the private services team to deliver an exceptional patient experience for the private services enquiries. This will include all private services including all imaging. This role ensures that all inbound enquiries are managed efficiently, empathetically, and in line with agreed KPIs, supporting patients through the process of exploring and booking private services.
This role will oversee day-to-day team operations, monitor performance against KPIs, and act as the first point of escalation for complex cases, while fostering strong working relationships with clinicians, secretaries, and other departments. By driving service excellence, identifying improvements, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, you will play a key role in maximising patient satisfaction and supporting the growth of the private services.
Reporting into the Managing Director, the Head of Private Services will leverage their blend of operational and business development expertise to develop relationships with key referrers and clinicians to identify and maximise on opportunities.
Skills and Experience- Previous experience of managing consultant relationships and leading a customer service or bookings team within a healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of improving capability and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Exposure to commercial or service development initiatives within a healthcare setting.
- Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and commercial awareness.
