Talent 4 Good are working with a leading profit for good health and wellbeing provider to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology-enabled transformation projects across the business. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of technology, software, data, and business process improvement projects that support our strategic objectives.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 DOE
Job Type: Full time - Permanent
Location: Hybrid - Birmingham when onsite circa 1 day pw
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
- Coordinate teams and communicate with stakeholders
- Manage plans, budgets, timelines, and project documentation
- Oversee risks, issues, and changes with strong governance
- Champion continuous improvement and project management best practice
Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in agile, small change, and strategic projects
- Experience leading complex software implementation projects
- Experience in financial services or health & wellbeing sectors is desirable
- Professional certification such as PMP or Agile
