Salary Package:
- £50,000 per annum
- Up to £12,000 annual occupancy bonus
- Up to £7,200 annual quality bonus
We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a care home in Crieff. This role is ideal for someone with strong care home leadership experience, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to manage residents’ wellbeing, staff development, compliance, occupancy, and overall home performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day running of the home
- Ensuring high standards of care, dignity, choice, and respect
- Maintaining compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and operational targets
- Recruiting, developing, and supporting care teams
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar
- Strong understanding of care home operations and regulatory compliance
- Experience with Care Inspectorate standards preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Subject to satisfactory references and PVG check
