We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants / Care Practitioners to join established residential care homes in Littlehampton and Bognor Regis. These positions offer an excellent opportunity to work within supportive care environments where residents' dignity, independence, wellbeing, and quality of life are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you are seeking day or night shifts, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
  • Support residents with daily living activities and personal care needs
  • Assist with mobility, nutrition, hydration, and wellbeing
  • Support continence care in accordance with care plans
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns
  • Respond promptly to call bells and resident requests
  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation
  • Promote independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing
  • Support residents with daily, evening, and morning routines
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, infection control, and care home policies
  • Work effectively as part of a care team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a care setting
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum preferred)
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Rates (Depending on Experience & Qualifications)

  • New to Care
  • Less than 18 Months' Experience
  • More than 18 Months' Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 / Studying Towards Level 3
